Sunday Gathering 10 a.m. ~ Guest Speaker: Michael Bogar ”The Hindu Bhagavad Gita on Depression”.
The Hindu Bhagavad Gita is a story about a very successful man having a nervous breakdown in the middle of his normal life.  His name is Arjuna.  He is suddenly consumed with fear, crushed by depression, and frozen in a state of inertia.  Then Krishna, a human manifestation of the great God Vishnu, visits Arjuna to help him see both the cause and the reason for his emotional collapse.  In fact, that is the basic story of the Bhagavad Gita.  Yes, the crucifixion and resurrection will make an appearance, along with the Hindu version of the same theme.  Please join us to hear Michael Bogar share this amazing story.
